Be patient. You will face a lot of bureaucracy.
Most mail order brides have nationalities for which some kind of visa is required to enter the US or any other Western country. Procedures have to be followed and these are generally far from pleasing.
The procedures depend on where you live, but you should be prepared to wait several months, and sometimes even a year, before all the red tape is done and she is allowed to live with you in your country.
Americans will have to deal with the famous K1 visa. There are specialized lawyers that can help you. Contact them! If your lady gets the visa, you have to marry her within 90 days after arrival.
Keep documents that can prove your relationship with your woman.
Think of prints of emails, letters, photos, plane tickets. You might need them during this procedure.
Be persistent. The reward is worth it.
Marrying your lady abroad won't speed up the procedures - in most cases. For example, a Russian marriage paper may not even be valid in your home country.
Once she is in the US it won't take long before she will show the first signs of a culture shock. Cultural differences between you and her might also cause marriage problems. Depending on your approach and to the situation these can be overcome, but it's good to be prepared.
